Here is the answer for Jan question #1
A. 100 to 300 PSI. Do not store your tanks either empty or full. The more air in your tank, the more corrosion possible when moisture is present. There is potential hazard when a stored tank contains high-pressure air and a fire occurs. Heat may cause some tanks to explode before the valve burst disc ruptures. The optimum storage pressure is low, but not zero.
